I'm a moving mighty slow. I think a cartoon turtle says that. I am. I slept in this morning. My son called last night to say he was working 12 hours and he was going to sleep when he got home this morning and pick me up around noon or later to do laundry. My Fitbit app showed I got 8 hours and 4 minutes. It's so rare that I get 8 hours of sleep. Still, I'm feeling tired and completely worn out. I took to the trail at 6:30 this morning. My knees objected and then my lower back objected. So, I'm a moving mighty slow. I took Ibuprofen for the knees. My back was doing better before I took it for my knees. It's doubtful I'm going to get much more exercise than the trail walk this morning. We'll see. If I show more than the 44 minutes so far this morning, then you know my knees could handle it. What I'm not going to do is walk the treadmill at my son's. That's completely out of the question. I wonder how I'll do the stairs.
Okay, that's my morning. Here are yesterday's numbers.
Food
Calories: 2042
Carbs: 30%
Fat: 43%
Protein: 27%
Uncategorized calories: 108
Fitness
Steps: 20,304
Miles: 7.67
Activity/Exercise: 133 Minutes
Water: 3.5 bottles
Calories burned: 2494
Total calories: -452
Weight: 182.6
Yes, I was up a few ounces yesterday. However, this morning, despite all those calories, I've lost those ounces and am back at my low this morning. I'm seeing the more green grapes I eat, the more I lose. I was shoveling them in my mouth yesterday like candy. I finished off my grapes this morning, so I'll stop at the store for more when I do laundry today.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

@DianneN I had a good afternoon with him. With two loads of laundry, it took all afternoon. He did leave for a few minutes and gave me the remote for his TV so I could watch a movie while he was gone. I didn't understand the remote, couldn't find the volume button, got out of what I wanted to watch, by accident, and he had to reset the TV when he got home. At least he wasn't angry with me for messing up the TV. My grandson did get me back to my movie, but by that time my laundry was out of the dryer and he was back. Good afternoon.

Hope you are feeling better by now. Some foods actually burn more calories being digested that they put on your body.

It's nice to see that you are taking care of you! More people should follow your sample. It's not easy to find the time and the motivation to walk every day or taking care about what we eat.
I've made a break with my walking exercises because of the heat. But I continue with a healthy diet every day. That includes salads, more fruit and drinking plenty of water.

I'm good to go today. Nothing hurts this morning and I'm still doing well. I had a good walk and I'm getting my hourly steps.

Sometimes that's what we feel when we oversleep. We tend to be lethargic.

Sorry you are sore this morning. Hope the Ibuprofen takes effect for your knees. Glad you got 8 hours sleep. Sometimes when I sleep longer, I wake up more tired. My body is just used to shorter amounts of sleep after all these years I guess. If I get 3-4 of sound sleep a night I am doing good.
