Thankfully Able To Complete Sleep Quota

Yesterday morning I was up around 4 am and wasn't able to sleep after that and during the day I felt sleepy but didn't wanted to sleep so didn't even tried for a nap and that's why felt really sleepy during evening so yesterday I slept around 9.30pm and just got up now around 5.30am so was able to complete the sleep quota but somehow my back is hurting.
How many hours of sleep you Ideally like to have?

I can sleep 6 hours a day! It is the average I need to wake up and not feeling drows!

I sleep around 10:30-11 pm and wake up at at 7:30-8 am
