It is hard to save money but is harder now during the pandemics. The whole family stays at home. I only buy essentials. I cut my cable since we have netflix and we had the internet upgraded.

Good job. With facilities like Amamzon prime or Netflix around there is less requirement for cable subscription

You can't cut down on your day to day expenditure. What you can cut down is on purchase of non essential items like clothes and jewelry.

Yes it's wise not to impulsively buy non essential items .

We saved an enormous amount of money during the pandemic by not eating out, not shopping for things we really don't need, getting rid of our third car since we are staying home, and not going out for entertainment.

Try to buy only when I need it the most and can't survive without it.
