How I Spent Some myLot Earnings

Most of the time I will donate my earnings here to others that are in need.
The last few days I have been looking at a macro lens for my iPhone. The camera is great but does not have a good zoom lens.
I enjoy taking photos and especially macros. Up close flowers, butterflies, etc.
Have been reading lots of reviews about the lenses available. Found one at Amazon for a reasonable price. Ordered it and tried it out. I like it so far.
The photo is my sedum in the garden. No edits were done. You are looking inside the actual flower. I was very close to this one.
I am enjoying my new purchase. It is rare that I purchase anything for myself. I guess I should also say thank you to my friends and your support here.

I don't get high earnings since I don't get to spend a lot of time on here. I come for the friendship, interesting stories and just saying hi so that is a good reward for me. When I do reach payout (I will actually have one in September), I use it to help someone, my Starbucks fix or save for medical copays. It depends how much it is and what is going on at the time.

@CarolDM I'm trying to get at least 30 minutes and shooting for an hour a day even if breaking it up. My payout in the last four months is $5.38 so far. It's telling me something. My life has been too much on others so making changes slowly but steadily.

I've always liked the images with the blur like that, but did not know it was done with a macro lens. You also gave me inspiration as I may look into getting this for a friend of mine.. Not sure yet, but it's an idea.
I had no idea you donated your earnings, but that's very kind of you too.

@CarolDM That isn't alot of money at all, and it's good to help when it's possible to do so. I just don't always trust the organizations out there.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I donate to people not the organizations. I don't trust them at all unfortunately.

That's great for being a philanthropist. You will be blessed for that in return.
