I Need To Ask Tech People A Question?

United States

First of all, I am 71 years old. So you know I am old school. Well, I always heard that when we get to 5g, a lot of weird things will happen. What kind of things, I have no idea. Well, we are dealing with 4g now, if its any indication things will get worse. I see on tv they are advertising 5g. Can someone, please enlighten me.

Most likely 3D/4D virtual reality and artificial intelligence based software/apps will take the user experience to a new level. Would you consider that as 'weird'? In my opinion, 'weird' is a very subjective term.

@popciclecold To simplify it further, you will have richer audio-video in 5g compared to 4g.

Some pretend that this new technology has not been tested enough to be sure it does not pose health problems. We are voting here, the population will decide if we want it or not. If not we stay with the 4G.

Whatever it is, I want a more reliable, faster, and powerful network. Weird things will not happen unless you call a better network weird.

I have heard a lot about 5G that it will all control our data and more. I have no idea if it is true.
