Finally Got a Hummingbird Photo

Was out enjoying my coffee in the screen room earlier. The hummingbirds are going from one feeder to another. I counted five this morning. Came in and got my Nikon camera. It has a better zoom than my iPhone. Slowly went out to the deck and stood still a few minutes. Then I snapped several photos. Funny to watch them fly back and forth from feeder to feeder. I will go back out after the rain. I felt a few drops while clicking. The hummingbirds love the rain. I will try to get some photos showing them in the rain eventually.

Oh my gosh - that's the perfect shot

! I need to get some hummingbird feeders .. . we have them flying around but we have nothing for them.

@CarolDM I'll have to look into which ones would be suitable for our yard. Our neighbors have 3 of them hanging on their porch (we can see from our kitchen window) - we'd have competition

@CarolDM They are so cool. Have you ever stood under a flock of geese flying low? You can hear the "whoosh, whoosh" of their wings. SO cool!
