Just thought I'd share...........

I chose the image above because it showed me just how big a whale is, I’ll never get to see one in person so imagine how surprised I was to see just how huge these animals are. I wish I could take a shot like this one. I just re watched Forest Gump again. I’d forgotten how good this movie really is. Now I need to find a few more movies that would be entertaining but I usually prefer fantasy or science fiction or trekky type stuff. Hey, once a trekky always a trekky, right? Oh, just wanted to share another dog food recall, not that I would feed any of these to my dog nor have I heard of them before but just in case someone does I thought I’d share this heads up:
These 3 types of dry dog foods, all produced by Sunshine Mills, may contain high levels of aflatoxin — which can kill pets. Full details here.

I love most of the trek stuff, the ones with that fella Pine I did not like at all but the new shows Discover and Picard were pretty good, have you seen those?

@rebelann I was thinking about the movie "Up" this morning. It makes me cry, even though it is animated. The main character reminds me of my dad when he was in his fifties or so.

Yes, it was actually a female who had just given birth to her baby according to the article where I found this shot. It was taken in Australia.

Yes, they are huge. I have never been in that kind of museum so I never got a chance to see one.

Isn't that cool? I have seen whales a couple of times from the beach or a boat. Once I saw them when I was in a plane going to Hawaii. They looked so tiny, but really they were huge! If you're ever out in California, I will take you whale watching! :) My dad lives in Texas and so does my best friend. I feel like all of my friends are moving there!

That's a great photo, it never fails to capture my attention when I see images like that. Forrest Gump is a great movie. You can be a trekky and like Gump too, we won't tell.

I agree. It's also fun to share it with others, couldn't do that back in the days of rotary home phones.

I had seen a whale in Hong Kong's Ocean Park. The sad thing is I did not have the chance to touch it.

From what little I know I'd think it dangerous to swim too close to those large animals @DianneN

My younger son swam with whale sharks. @rebelann He almost got smacked by it's fin. Good thing he anticipated its turn and got the heck away from it.
