Hi folks! Just want to let you know that it’s a long weekend in my part of the world and I am ultra busy.
Yesterday’s paddle boarding was so much fun! I will definitely do it again. I only fell into the water twice. Not too bad for a newbie. We visited a group of tiny islands, coves, and tiny inlets. After rushing home to shower, we enjoyed lobster dinners and vegetarian dinners on the terrace overlooking the golf course. It was a beautiful day and evening. We kept far from everyone.
Today, our son and his girlfriend are coming for dinner. I prepared two of each hors d’oeuvre so we won’t have to mingle our foods. And, it’s another beautiful day and evening here. We will be very comfy outside on our deck.
It feels so good to get out of the house and do things the safe way.
For those interested, I wore a bikini in public for the first time in years. I didn’t look too bad compared to all the fatties that we’re out and about in theirs.
See you soon!

@BelleStarr Simply gorgeous, compared to the fatties wearing them! I'd win a Mrs. America contest if I had to model with them. Oy, vay!!!

Oh you are so lucky to have been to the beach! I'm itching on going somewhere with a beach vibes but unfortunately Covid-19 is restraining everyone to travel in my end. Hope you enjoy your vacation! and please stay safe. Thanks for sharing.

Well, it's hard to look good when you're obese but at least, as in my case, one can wear clothes that are NOT skin tight @DianneN Usually I just wear capris and a tshirt type top neither of which is tight and in winter I wear long sleeved tshirts and jeans. I have to say that my calves don't look as obese as the rest of me

Enjoy your dinner and have a good time. How about a photo of you in the bikini? My bathing suit wearing days are long over and when I do get to the beach I will just walk in what I usually wear which are long dresses almost to the ankles.

@DianneN until I trip up in it as a wave washes by and fall my fool self into the drink just my writer's imagination I am sure I will manage just fine the sand of Daytona Beach is packed solid so you walk on top of it but don't sink in.

I used to vacation with my parents on Daytona. It was a packed sand beach and very broad as I remember.

nice picture. I didn't wear my bathing suit Sunday (my great-aunt has a pool). I kinda wanted to, but I also didn't want to shock everyone with my new tattoos.

@DianneN I now have four tattoos. The first I got was a unicorn sitting on grass on my thigh, the second is an angel with a moon. The two new ones are a tribal turtle on my arm, and a black cat with a moon on it's back on my chest.
