Sheep and Deer

What a lovely Sunday afternoon! I was walking with my best friend again at the lake where we used to walk. Although the weather was not sunny and it was only 17°C, there were some people walking at the lake and around the lake.
This time we chose another pathway going to a camping resort. On our way, there were sheep inside the fences of the pathway we took. They were busy eating their food (grass). I think there were all 20 of them. They were nice to watch and we took photos and videos of them.
On our way back to the parking place where the car of my friend parked, we saw 3 deers running towards us crossing our pathway. My friend was able to take a video of them. I was not able to take even a single photo of them as I was a bit shocked. The deers were so fast. Faraway, under a tree, we saw those deers but then they were already 4 of them. It was the first time I saw deers in that place. I hope I will see them again.
It was an interesting Sunday walking with my friend. We walk for 5 kilometers back and forth.
Have you seen animals walking in nature when you were walking or jogging?
Thank you for reading. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Have a nice new week ahead.

The only kinds of wildlife we have here are birds of various species, lizards, snakes and if I went to the mountains I might see a mule deer. I usually stay here at home and walk around my lot, it is slightly over 73 meters deep and almost 34 meters wide and as often as I walk around my lot I get at least some exercise .... I also do yard work which helps.

Most snakes are more afraid of you than you are of them @thelme55 Of course if you lived in an area where there were pythons or boa or anacondas you might have a good reason for fear, here we only have rattle snakes to fear but they usually want to be as far away from humans as possible.

I have stags queued up on the grass for a cover photo in my fb. Picture courtesy of my daughter who furnished me with animal stories - from sheep to alpaca, peacocks, swans, and all sorts of feathered friends.
I like your post, especially the part where you were shocked. That's wonderful.

@thelme55 I rarely change cover photos but the stag picture must show in my page.
And I've got the alpha stag for my self. Ha ha. (joke)

@thelme55 the hogs make the craziest sounds. They sound like monsters. I’m glad there is a fence between us.

The animals that I love to see when I walk around my neighborhood are dogs who come for walk with their owners, little squirrels and chirping birds. Btu I hate and am even scared when I spot a monkey.
Sheep and deer are so adorable. When I stayed in Colorado near Rocky mountains, we would spot many deer on our walks.

That sounds like an interesting walk with animals around. Not much here except for the street dogs and they too seem interested in sleeping or finding something to eat.
Well, the Sheeps in the picture too look quite cute!

Cool picture. Sunday we went to my great-aunt's house for a family get-together. I haven't seen any animals lately when I walk to get the mail. But a few years ago I saw a turtle crossing the road. And I saw a goat once too.

Wow! I have not seen a turtle crossing the road. The car drivers had to drive slow then because of the turtle.. Thank you @JESSY3236.
