What do you do to keep you fit?

I am a health-conscious person and try to exercise to keep myself fit. I usually do Zumba and walking in the forest, at the lake, or at the Rhine river.
This morning I was doing Zumba again with my best friend in her home. We did Zumba for 2 hours with a few minutes' break to choose Zumba video exercises on youtube.
We schedule our fitness now for every Wednesday and Sunday. It depends on the weather if we can go walking or just the Zumba at home. That´s our new schedule and we want it to keep as possible as we could.
After our morning zumba, I tried not to take a nap so I can sleep well this evening. I just relaxed and watch Korean tv series to unwind.
Anyway, it´s time for interacting now at Mylot until I have to go to bed. I have to do my notifications as well. Thanks for reading and I hope you are enjoying your Wednesday.

I exercise every day. I did walk the trail, but now that I'm in isolation until further notice due to the surgery in two weeks, it's all inside. I exercise while watching TV. This morning I did go out because I needed my new glasses adjusted. I got a lot of walking in at that time.

I love that video and I am glad you and your friend are doing this fun stuff Thelma!
I just walk and get on my vibration plate machine sometimes and when the weather is bad I also have a portable stair stepper.

I talk walks and have a treadmill in my basement to use when the weather is not nice. I also do yoga and have elastic resistance bands.

You are fortunate to have a friend to exercise with. I count on the walking and other exercise I have to do for work, but do not have any regular fitness routine.

I just got a small elliptical that fits under my desk so i can cycle when sitting. I'm hoping to get more strength in my joints and knees so I can do more.
I would love to do Zumba but my knees don't bend very well anymore.
