Do you love to walk? Well, you do the right thing. For you to be healthy, you don't have to do these rigorous forms of exercise.
Walking everyday is enough to keep you healthy. This has what Bernard Lawes been doing all his life: walking
He walks when goes to church and work. He does not use elevator or escalator. He just loves to walk. And now, at the age of 88, he is still very healthy.
Now, you see a lot of reasons to walk, don't ya?

I do. And I should do it regularly. I don't wear a mask during my walks so I can breathe in fresh oxygen from those gorgeous towering gum trees (eucalyptus trees)!

Walking is best for health. Everyone regardless of age needs to walk daily as per ones capacity.

Yes in doing regular walking is very healthy and reduce a lot of health issues. But a lot of them not doing it. For short distances also using vehicles now.
