Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin. The rain has stopped. We got a good amount of rain yesterday for which I'm thankful. We needed it so badly. This morning is going well. I just finished my first exercise session and am ready to eat. My friend from the pool who just had her knee replacement brought me a walker, so I'm good to go. She also answered questions about the days immediately following surgery, which really helped.
Yesterday was good for both food and fitness. Here are yesterday's numbers.
Food
Calories: 1295
Carbs: 49%
Fat: 27%
Protein: 24%
Uncategorized calories: 59
Fitness
Steps: 20,034
Miles: 7.56
Activity/Exercise: 135 Minutes
Water: 3 Bottles
Calories burned: 2315
Total calories: -1020
Weight: 182.4
I'm not happy with the weight. I can't seem to budge the water weight, but I will. I did very well with food yesterday and hoping to do the same today. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

That's great she brought a walker and answered your questions. Sorry your weight is being stubborn...you continue to exercise and eat on plan so should go back down again!
