Planning to Resign

I don’t know if this is midlife crisis or really just pure unhappiness. After enduring it for a year I am afraid I cannot continue with my contract anymore.
My workplace environment has become too toxic I find myself going to work with a heavy heart. After getting yelled at unreasonably by a theatre staff last week I’ve reached my limit. So I applied quickly for another job.
I had my interview today and waiting for the result. They said they will get back to me by Monday. I am a loyal person and also I endure a lot of crap but then comes a point in life when my only goal is happiness and inner peace.

@hereandthere I’m not sure if I have to pay full or instalment that’s what’s bothering me.
