What's for breakfast today?

Now that I'm back home in California, and have done my first round of grocery shopping, I'm back to my "routine," which recently has included eggs and bacon for breakfast. Sometimes I have toast on the side. Sometimes I don't. Coffee is a given. What's on your breakfast menu for this hazy Sunday?

I was feeling a bit down this evening. Now I know why.
I had not got a good Breakfast/Dinner Post from your side.
Now this post delights me !!
Well we had Tea with cookies in the morning, and then slightly late lunch with Gravy vegetables' mix - vegetables like Capsicum, Potatoes, Tomatoes and a few more, with Bread and Butter (kind of Toasty bread..).
And are Forest Fires still raging near your place?

@TheHorse
Good Indian cooks can adopt to other cuisines as well. But buy a house in a hill state like Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand.

I'm glad my post inspired you! I was just talking to my friend from India. He is the father of Horse Jr.'s young friend who is about to turn six. He was trying to convince me to move to India when I retire. He told me I could buy a nice house, hire a man-servant to cook me breakfast, etc. I would demand that he be a good cook, as I love Indian food. But I eat mostly Indian lunches and dinners. I don't know their/your breakfasts.

For my lazy Sunday supper I fixed bacon and eggs, one piece of toast on the side. Darn, it looked almost identical to your breakfast plate!

I had a chicken burrito from Chuy’s. That’s after a week of Hampton Inn breakfasts.

I actually had a lunch meal when I got up. I ate left over tuna salad from the night before.

@everwonderwhy Thanks--doing my best. Went out to a friends house 15 miles East and encountered no issues.

Think I'll finish off the Quiche Lorraine from Saturday supper. Think I'll do it right now.

@allen0187 Heh. I've eaten that. But pizza's one of those things I prefer heated up.
