Health,warking,gym,exercise

I just arrived at my home by walking, it took 25 minutes from the office to my home.I especially like to walk, I can listen music,and spent time so fast.
I think it is a healthy ways for our health, sometimes we lack exercise,so warking is an effective exercise, but we should insist on it.
Do you often to walk? Do you like walking?

I do take a long walk everyday, it's part of my morning ritual. Walking helps me to refresh my mind and relax also, it helps me to reduce stress and keeps me physically fit.

I felt my legs are ache,because I walked on morning,at noon and evening,I have to have a rest to continue.
