After a 10 minutes power nap

I'm.back on form now. I was really tired and just 10 minutes helped me to revive my energy back.. Now the next one hour will be dedicated only to answering the notifications.

10 minutes will be short for me for napping. When I nap it will take hours but very rarely nap for me.

@amitkokiladitya Yes for sound sleep exhaust is must. It is also with my wife she sleep with in 2-3 minutes of laying in bed
