It has been nearly 9 months now since the passing of the drum god, lyric genius, and true man of heart, Neil Peart (of RUSH). Over a full life he has given the world some of the deepest song lyrics ever written but in this time of turmoil and leaders who are less than men I reflect on his lines from "The Garden":
The measure of a life is a measure of love and respect
So hard to earn, so easily burned
In the fullness of time
A garden to nurture and protect
RIP Neal Peart (September 12, 1952 - January 7, 2020)

A drum god would give beats as blessings.
