Dryness and itchy upper eyelids

I woke up in the morning and noticed that
husband eyelid,is little swollen.
I put a oil in a cotton bud and rub into it.
I don't know how and what is the reason of having that;maybe tiny insect bite?
Did you try to have dryness and itchy eyelids?
What's the best home remedy you made for it?

Not yet had any such situations.... still I had seen some people facing such using rose water washing it with eyes or using cold water for wasting eyes.... more of all this I feel it is better to consult with a eye specialist or skin specialist rather using own experiments.,,,take care

yeah i guess insect bites ma friend,im not sure what will be the right remedy for that because it is in the eye part,if not you can use vicks vapor rub nif its not in the eye
