When you can't sleep, sometimes it can be helpful to accept that you might not be able to sleep and that's okay. You could get up and do something. I do this a lot and just accepting that sleep might not come relaxes me enough to get to sleep.

Yeah! Sometimes, I slept at 5am or 6am after I woke up at 12midnight. But I have to wake up again after 30 mins because I have/need to report to work.
