princessmarie I am also an insomniac. Sometimes I don't sleep at all, and my anxiety will strike again. Stress can cause insomnia. Just drink warm water it will help you sleep at night.

I bought this nebulizer in one of online shops here in the Philippines, this is the most silent nebulizer that I have. And it is battery operated and very convenient and very portable. I can bring this anywhere.
