Loyal Opposition I think it does for me.. I'll be imagining, and then suddenly, I think "Oh, that didn't happen" where wishful thinking turns into regret, and forces me to look at my life and be sad.

Loyal Opposition It's hard for me to even know or compare, because I've never NOT used my imagination. I'm sure I did less of this when I was more active, traveling, talking to people, but not in isolation.

Loyal Opposition @LovesEverybody You're welcome. I came back here to also mention the temperature of your room. For me, I can sleep easier if the room is cold. I even put this plaque I have right over my vent in my bedroom, because I'm sure the heat will be activated tonight....
