Yes, I think nap is very addicting.
Yesterday I took a 30 minute nap after my son ate his lunch.
Now, my eyes are drooping again wanting to head back to bed.
Is it the bed weather? But actually today is not that hot.
Should I give in?
Should I not?
If I will not be around later, you know what it means

Nap usually is useful in the afternoon. But anytime of the day it would also be okay. If you get tired but a longer one. 5 to 15 minutes will do.

@Nakitakona yes, a 20 minute power nap for me is good enough, 3o is okay too but if it is more, then I usually have problems with sleeping at night
