I was just wondering if any MyLotters have ever ordered anything from Etsy before? I am looking for some birthday presents for someone and was looking on Ebay. Did find some things but decided to look on Etsy and I found some perfect items but have never bought anything from there before.
If you've ordered / bought something from there before, how was your experience? Is it trust worthy? Better than Ebay? Any comments about the site would be very much appreciated.

There was a myLotter here several years ago that sold handmade goods through Etsy. I can't remember his name, he was from England, and is no longer active here. Anyway, he custom-made some scarves and mittens for me to give to my kids for Christmas. I purchased them from him through his Etsy page. It was a very quick, simple and painless process using Etsy.

All I really know about it is that a myLotter from the UK has an Etsy store and does quite well with his knitted goods. Haven't seen him here lately. He is a frontline health worker so I hope he is okay. I would buy from Etsy if I thought it all checked out okay.

Haven't ordered from Etsy before but based on reviews I've read, the sellers are legit. Best that you read the reviews from the person you're buying from.

@allen0187 You're right about that. Same with eBay, I always check the Seller's rating and reviews too and I have been doing so with Sellers on Etsy too. It's been good so far.
