Good Morning

The good news this morning is that the leg is doing better than yesterday. I'm moving better with less pain.
I'm also sleeping less. PT and OT were here working with my legs and they were pleased with the progress.
I want to spend more time here than the last two days. We'll see. As I said yesterday, this screen is a lot smaller making it difficult for me to work for too long.
I want to keep you up to date with my progress. I think I'll be leaving as soon as they find a nursing home without a COVID case. The case manager was just here and said the one close to my home has a COVID case. So they're looking at the other possibility.
In other news, my brother called last night and my SIL and niece both have COVID. He's living in the basement right now. I also got a mass e-mail from my pastor yesterday, and he has COVID. When I looked at the TV this morning, Wisconsin is in the red for increased cases.
Okay, that's my update and news. How is your day going? Thanks for reading.

Oh wow...I hope it goes well. Sorry about your family. Thankfully this state the Covid postive cases are down. I hope it stays that way. I have seen pastor's who think wearing masks are optional, so not suprised honestly.

thrilled such's not's painful, hon. got'ta recall that 'twas quite the trauma, i'm pleased, too!
ya need to concentrate'n healin', not worryin' 'bout here. i can relate to the bifocals, smaller screen schtuff 's well's tryin' to find that 'sweet spot'. jest plum frustratin'.
not good news 'bout the 'ncreased covid cases'n yer area. saddens me they've outbreaks'n the nursin' homes :( 'f course, we'd a 98 year ol' who tested positive'n ne'er 'd any symptoms whatsoe'er. she 'twas quite 'nruly, 'ccordin' to the newspaper article, 's bein' confined to quarters fer 2 weeks. coz'n her mind, they lied. bless 'er.
very sad 'bout the family members with such'n hope they're doin' well 't home. wise 'f yer brother to move 'nto the basement 'n steer clear 'f such. 'n yer pastor, too? mercy...
sendin' massive healin' hugs ~

I'm happy to hear that you're on the mend. Hopefully you can find a place that is covid free. You certainly don't want to get it.
Sorry to hear about your family and your pastor. Hope they recover quickly

Glad to hear your leg is doing better today and that you should get released once they find you a place without cases. That's awful that it is increasing there. We are still getting daily cases here, but around the same amount...so no "spike" in cases really.

@just4him Still no fun seeing 200-500 new cases but it's been around there since summer. And no problem

I found out yesterday that one of my co-workers tested positive for COVID, but thankfully I haven't been around him at all in the past few weeks.

@just4him Hundred percent right on that. Even though I had it already, I am assuming (until someone tells me otherwise) that I can catch it again. I don't want to catch it again. Once was enough.
