Easy to say, hard to do.

It' s vey common to see that many people are usually very easy to say, comment, advise, instruct, preach and etc. and it often makes things worse or othe people suffer more but when he's on the opposite position it' s very hard to do what had said to other people. It's actually not good sample, What best can we do about it?

Living by what you say and believe is really tough. It needs a lot of conscious effort. But yes saying is easy. It's no effort except for articulating your words well.

@Veekben I guess learning to live consciously has to be practiced and it does not come easy. One has to keep introspecting. Few thing or rather many things we learn by experience.
