Finally Got a Hair Appointment

Due to COVID it has been very hard getting a hair appointment. I understand and have been patiently waiting. My regular hair dresser keeps putting me off so I decided to take the plunge and try a new one. Kind of nervous but if she doesn't do a good job, I just won't go back, right! My appointment is Monday. Trying to decide how much to get cut. It has been awhile and my hair has grown halfway down my back. Time for a change. The photo is not mine, but similar to what I am looking for. Wish me luck.

I did the same thing, Carol. Just made a phone call and then trusted a total stranger:( She did what I asked, so that was a big plus! I hope this woman gives you a nice haircut, one you can be happy with

@CarolDM That makes sense. The salon I go to is a small to medium sized with four stations so three can be used since one is on the other side of the room.

I hope the new hairdresser is just what you wanted. I am simply waiting. My bangs are almost chin length and as soon as they're shoulder length I'm cutting all of it that length.

@caroldm I got my hair cut last week - first time since February. It really looked like a mop, though I was greatly pleased with it and it made me feel like I was 19 again. However it had to be done. My wife just thought it looked ridiculous rather than romantic and enigmatic.

Good luck, I know how hard it is to go to someone new who has never done your hair before. I hope you get one that will do a great job for you. I am lucky that my daughter in law is a hair stylist so I don't have to worry.

I bet your new hairstyle will be flawless! I know what you feel, when I left Venezuela, I had my usual hairdresser, once I got here I was hesitant to let somebody to cut my hair, but I found a good one who also lives in the building I live so he's nearby.

great are you getting much just trim or whole new hairdo do you mostly keep it shorter ai keep my hair very short these days shaved sides but had longer styles in my youth

I think doing hair-cut won't take much risk,i once did so during epidemic.At last, i was not infected.the hair style from the photo is pretty.wish nice hair to you.
