What makes you hard to sleep? I am having no absolut pattern to sleep at night but I am always trying to go to bed at 9 pm but end up being awake till pass Midnight, even worse till the next day.

Stress and worry.
I take a nice soaking Epsom Salt bath to sleep.

I usually always go to sleep after midnight. But it could even be after 1 or 2 in the morning. Depends on when hubby goes to bed. I cannot fall asleep for the night unless he is in bed next to me. Tried a number of times but was not successful. So my bed time depends on his bed time, which is usually always super late.

Coffees or those products with caffeine. It changes your sleeping pattern.. so limit caffeine intake also make your environment dark like turning off the lights staying away from light and allow your body to feel relaxed
