What makes you hard to sleep? I am having no absolut pattern to sleep at night but I am always trying to go to bed at 9 pm but end up being awake till pass Midnight, even worse till the next day. . . . What makes you insomnia?...

Delyn Ashley Coffees or those products with caffeine. It changes your sleeping pattern.. so limit caffeine intake also make your environment dark like turning off the lights staying away from light and allow your body to feel relaxed
