Low self-esteem because of weight gain

I have been struggling with my look for as long as I can remember. I feel horrible about my body because I'm fat. I look like a woman in her 30s whilst I'm just 21. Any help on how I can get a good figure.

You have to take a low carbs food.Avoid carbonated drinks and packed items.Add your diet more veggies and fruits.You have to be active as well.Eat quarter portion of food then another quater portion water then leave another quater portion empty.The main thing you have to follow all those things.It may take some time.

walking and eathing healthy foods would help u or try like weight loss program that will help u loose weight .weight watchers.

For me it means no second helpings, limit the treats, and get outside being active.
