Wow.. I went outside today.

I went on a walk on a trail behind my home with my man... I have never felt so distant from the world. I found myself shuttering at small noises such as leaves ruffling, or a deer prancing. I wanted the walk to be over so badly and get to our destination... and then it hit me, the world has made me terrified to live in it. We are all under some sort of Stockholm syndrome reality trapped in our homes, confined in so many ways. Business failing, jobs coming and going.
??Brothers locked up, sisters knocked up...if you wanna out your love you out your hate down.

This time we live in causes the distant feeling in our lives. We weren't meant to be socially distant from each other. We need to be with people, socialize, and enjoy their company. This pandemic stopped all that and put fear in our hearts and lives. We need to stop being terrorized by current events and be thankful for what we have and the joys we encounter each day. Those joys are all around us.
Welcome to myLot.

@alwaysn4everwithyou I am fine with my immediate family in the house. The others will be connected through modern gadgets.

The world is a scary place today. It's not normal to have to avoid people and be confined to one place. And Worried about getting a virus that could really harm or maybe even kill you. Not knowing when they will come up with an effective vaccine is stressful. Fear of the unknown can be the greatest fear of all
