The earliest, according to various sources, is likely to be next spring. Making it in sufficient quantity is going to be the big problem and distributing it is the next. Apparently it will need to be kept at a temperature much lower than conventional freezers are capable of, so it won't be available where such special freezers aren't available.
Until that time, wear a mask in public, wash your hands and observe social distancing. There is no alternative.

Unfortunately, a vaccine cannot be rushed. It has to undergo clinical trials. Meaning, if they found the right formula in the laboratory, they will be tested on human volunteers. If it worked on those volunteers, they still have to study the long term side effects if there will be.
Some companies are already claiming they would be available before the end of this year or next year. So I would assume clinical trials are already undergoing. For now, the best defense is to keep our immune system strong. Who knows, our body might develop natural immunity against the virus.

Our country seems going to approve the Chinese vaccine brand but I really do not know of when it gonna be available...
