Today, it's a delicious pancake made of highland barley flour. It's baked in the oven. There are sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, scallions, and a layer of vegetable oil on it. It's very fragrant and crispy. It's delicious to have a piece of it when you drink afternoon tea.
