I never knew there were different ways to have eggs until I was a short order cook. I grew up with only ever having scrambled eggs. So, I thought that the only way you could have eggs was scrambled. I was 18 before I ever heard of Eggs Benedict. My rule at my house is that you are not allowed to have Over Easy eggs because they are not cooked all the way and I already had one kid almost die from salmonella poisoning. I do not feel like doing that again. I love poached eggs, but I must have a pan for that because dropping raw eggs into boiling water has never worked well for me. The only thing I have not managed to make is an omelet. I just cannot get the hang of it. So instead of an omelet I have scrambled eggs with stuff mixed in. What is your favorite way to eat your eggs? What way will you not eat them?

Growing up it was mostly scrambled eggs, fried eggs and boiled eggs around Christmas. I didn't even know about poached, sunny side up or eggs over easy until I was older. I don't really like eggs that much but my favorite way to eat them is in an omelette.

@fatragu I really like them too. I have been making them for quite some time now with my Sabbath meal. i used to get chopped liver at this one place but we have been in lockdown and I do not go to town or past town unless I have to so make egg salad instead. They are both so tasty to me.
