Yeah, but only once that I can remember.
I have seen snow a few times in the 61 years I've lived here but on this particular day we got a whopping 21 inches of the stuff.
In the picture is Rebel, the black pup who was almost completely covered, and behind her Sandi her daughter. I have never shared my life with a small dog and to date Rebel was the smallest, she only weighted about 45 pounds so you can see just how deep that snow was.
That event freaked El Pasoans out and now I've found out it was only in the Northeast area that got all that snow, the rest of El Paso got only a dusting. This is actually normal for this region.
There have been times when I'd be on the road going from east El Paso into west El Paso and while in the east part it was freezing and there was snow but as soon as I rounded the mountain it was dry and not nearly as cold.
Normally we only get between 1 to possibly 3 inches of the stuff if we get any at all so this was an anomaly.
I've added a video of pups having fun in snow, but there is one poor little pup that some dumb idjit put on a sled and when that sled hit a tree he hit his head and the stupid owner asks the poor thing if he had fun. I'd cut that part out if I could but it came with this video and for the most part this video is entertaining. Sorry about that part.
Does your area get lots of snow in winter?
These dogs in snow are amazig! You will laugh out loud while watching this :) Just look how all these dogs and puppies behave, play, fail, make funny sounds,...

Wow! That certainly is a lot of snow for you.
CT gets its fair share of snow and blizzards, ice and frost. It depends on the winter. Last year, it barely snowed here.
Doodles learned how to make igloos. Hubs used to shovel a path for our dogs so they could get to the street to walk.

@rebelann This year has been strange in a lot of ways. We're already headed into an early winter here. Northern Wisconsin has snow. I just need it to come a little more south. Though right now, I could wait for it to snow until after I get home from my next surgery and rehab.

Snow in my part of Florida is pretty rare. You would need a really bad winter for that to happen. The pan handle gets snow on a fairly regular basis, but not central east Florida.

@rebelann The panhandle is northwest Florida. It borders Alabama, Luscinia and Georgia. It's on the gulf side, wh which is usually pretty warm. But, I guess it's far enough it can snow.

@rebelann I continue to admire your photo. Studded tires are illegal in many, many states cause they beat up the roads with their studs. There are regular snow tires but studded tires supposedly dig into the ice and at times, shudder, shudder....

I found an aerial view of the mountains here to give you an idea @LowRiderX the city is a lot bigger than what is shown but as you can see there is little vegetation.

It was a fluke for us, normally we get less than 4" if we even get any. Every few decades we get really weird weather, this year it was the heat.

Could that aberration have been attributed to Global Warming somehow? The dogs seem to be really enjoying that white stuff!

@rebelann What year was that? Was it many years ago? Factories were huge contributors to pollution many years ago until regulatory agencies were enacted.

'twas that goliath's work? we got 'bout 24" from that'un, snow drifts o'er folks homes'n barns. took a lot 'f neighborin' to get all dug out.
we used to get snows more frequent. massive fluffy flakes filled with moisture. such'd now be a rarity 'xcept fer blizzards. usually 'tis jest a dustin' though the one'n late spring 'twas 8". 'twas nice, no winds 'ccompanied such.
