It is 2 o clock in the afternoon here in India and it is time for lunch. I just closed my shop and came up for lunch. My p.c. is still updating may be something wrong with it. If it does not complete its updating by the time I am back to the store, I may have to abort the installation. It can't take that long.
Today we are vegetarian. We have got special vegetable curry made of big white grams we call them chhole. I like the dish very much.
What do you have for your lunch, dinner?

White gram, chhole is popular in whole Indian, but cooking style is some what differ, Today on TV I watched how peoples of Punjab make it, they called it Peshawari chholey. Here we make it many time, and it is our favorite one. Here in North, Chhole Bhturey and Chhole Kulchey is very popular breakfast

It's my younger daughter's birthday. I made her favorite poori, aloo gobhi mutter, gajar halwa and malpua. It was a feast.
