Hi.. This is my green tea time. Yeah it helps me to stay fit and also flush out toxins and all the benefits it has. But I especially take it for staying fit. And I also do stationary bike for staying fit, losing extra kgs I put on eating extra calories often. But in winters its difficult because all the fatty foods we consume, 2ndly we don't get sweat so easily in cold while exercising so it puts me down. Doesn't inspire me. But well, I need to do it because COVID-19 Lockdown has made me really fat (according to me)...(3extra kgs..) I still have to lose more. How about you this Lockdown??

I did fine in the spring and summer. I spent more time outdoors, walking, putting in a vegetable garden, and working with my flowers. I will hibernate with good books this winter.

We also take Green Tea. Lipton, Organic India, Tetley- we try out different ones. My wife takes more than me. Even I have put on some weight during last 7 months of stay at and work from home.

@ShifaLk So far the increase is not alarming. However, I am trying to stabilize. I have increased my physical movements a bit, and try to eat meals in the right proportion. One obstacle is my sweet tooth, but I hope I will progress on the right path.

@ShifaLk I am trying to find means. Covid 19 made movement a bit restrictive but we have to figure out ways.

I had jasmine green tea this morning. I love green tea for the antioxidants it provides. I want to get a stationary bike as well, but I need one that will fold onto itself.

@ShifaLk I don't have a lot of space for me to have one, but I do want one. I think i would prefer it to walking every day.

Green tea is good for health. But I don't take it. I am sticking to my exercise routine as usual. Yes outdoor exercise activities have stopped. I am regular with yoga, pranayam, weight and breathing exercises. My weight has got fixed

No, that's a normal green tea and I've heard that green tea makes us lose weight. Because it increases the metabolism and so helps losing the calories. Yes I've heard slimming tra and slimming products are not really healthy for our body.
