Health Is Wealth: What constant thing you always do to maintain your good health?

I am diabetic person. The last time I checked my fasting blood sugar was more than 200. Eversince, I am not used of taking synthetic pills because I knew what could be the side effect of keeping those kind of pills in your system. what I always do is keeping away those foods that are rich so much on sugar and sometimes do some excercises. This chronic disease is common to all prople in different countries and mine is type 2. Just want to know other ideas on how you manage your type 2 diabetes.

I have/had some relatives who are/were diabetic. My mother-in-law is also diabetic. As much as possible, she would try to be active by walking or doing some errands. She would also make sure to manage her stress. Im not sure what type she has but she injects on her self. She's also very careful with what she eats. Me, I cannot say that I have a healthy lifestyle but I drink milk in the morning, I love fruits, green tea, and honey.

Control your diet and have a good brisk walk of about 4.5 Kms in 50 minutes. Some doctors believe that type II diabetics is reversible.

I'm not diabetic. In fact, I enjoy sugar like the rest of the world. If anything, I suffer low more than anything. My fasting sugar reads on the high end of normal, usually. In fact I suffered a low, and didn't realize it because I just felt drained. Since this can happen from my cerbal Palsy, testing my sugar didn't even occur to me. I ate a cookie and started to wake up. Hope I don't feel like hell tomorrow for it.

how many years have you been living with diabetes? are you saying you don't go to the doctor and don't take any medicine for it?

walking is good for health and I try to walk and also try to take proper sleep
