Right now the ketogenic diet is really popular and I have been following the diet ever since June 2020! You can eat really great foods. And you can lose weight it is also good for epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and other diseases of the brain. The foods you eat include meats, fats, low-carb vegetables, nuts, berries and even dark chocolate! You have to keep your carbs under 20 per day but you can go up to 50 if the diet still works for you at that level.

That’s what a very good friend of mine told me. She told me to stick with the Mediterranean diet it’s kind of like keto but you get to have healthy carbs like pasta’s and stuff like that. I’m gonna try to stick with keto for as long as I can because I really enjoy it

@Hkity1217 that is good. I have seen people giving up after 3 months and then the body shows so bad changes.

But you need to be careful not to instantly buy into every-little-diet-product that uses the word "Keto" in it.
Case in point: the one that Dr. Ryan Lowery talks about in this video-series.
In his other videos, he talks about how Ketosis actually works.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
