Walking

I love walking. It is such a great exercise and you can do it almost anywhere as long as there isn’t a surplus of snow. I like to go walking on the grass the best. I like to walk between two and 8 miles a day. I am interested in how other people track they’re walking or their exercise. I track my walking on my Health app.

I don't count my steps but enjoy walking. Today I walked for over an hour, about 30 mins to get to the shopping center and about the same to get back home. Feels fantastic!

Yeah I can be great to have a Destiination to walk to but also just walking for fun is good as well

I really love walking in the countryside and by the coast. I would like to do some more walking next spring to beautiful locations. When I visited New Zealand I did two of the long distance walkways. One was the Abel Tasman Walkway and one of the Queen Charlotte Walkway. I don't track how far I walk.

It's good to walk too. I sometimes walk home from campus to my dormitory as an exercise.
