Phone Calls Not So Good News

Last night my cousin called to say her sister was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. She could not breathe. She tested negative for COVID thankfully.
But I found out today, after many phone calls, she has pneumonia and not getting enough oxygen to her brain. Specialists have been called in for more tests.
Another phone call a short while ago to say her kidneys are failing now. This morning she was put on a ventilator. Still not sure exactly what all is going on.
She is over 500 miles away. I could not see her if I was closer, due to COVID. Depending on nurses to keep me informed now. She is only 61 years old. A very scary situation.
I hope they find out soon what is going on with her.

I'm awfully sorry for your cousin's health decline.
I have to think that you are safer staying put during these difficult times, you do not want to catch the virus.
We can pray for her, and for your cousin who is right there, and for you.

@kobesbuddy All I know for now is she is still on the ventilator. They tried taking her off and she couldn't breathe.
