Today, I got the good news that one of my nephews was rescued on the top of a tree. It has been days that I am not in a good condition because his mother informed me about it. It was the aftermath of the last typhoon in my country. Their place was flooded and most of the houses were submerged in Rodriguez, Rizal Philippines. Now, they are settled in an evacuation center.
Any good news you had for today?
Does it flood at your place?

@florelway Perhaps it was a panic mode at that time. My mother and aunt are planning to bring them here to Baguio City soon.

Unfortunately, their house was washed out. At this very moment, they are in the evacuation center. We cannot do anything so far because of this pandemic. We are going to give financial aid for now. I think my mom and her sister are planning to bring them here to my city.

We experienced flooding during the spring, but no water in our house. I'm so glad your nephew is safe!

@Shavkat Flooding ruins everything, especially floors. Then, mold and mildrews forms inside and outside, too.

Thank goodness your nephew is safe. Sometimes in the aftermath of hurricanes here they end up plucking people off of rooftops.
