Hello new Rice Cooker

Philippines
November 15, 2020 12:33am CST
This morning I tried to cook some rice but I checked the plug in and it's broken. As if it short circuited without us knowing. I know it was going to give in some day but today was unexpected. Good thing we have a back up rice cooker, though it's bigger. We also have stove dependent rice cooker but it was meant for the dog's. as for the inner pot, maybe it's time for me to cook some brown rice. Have a nice day

Hello @ARIES1973 I think she prefers to buy a smaller one, because the big one requires an extension for me to use it in the kitchen.

I suppose if you eat a lot of rice, one of these is essential. I do eat quite a bit of it, but I just cook it on the stove.

Good thing you have a back up rice cooker. It is very important because rice cooks faster and without the overcooked rice parts .

Hello @iKONICNoona trouble is that they use the rice cooker to reheat an old rice from the fridge i think thats how the short circuit started from there.

It's good you have back up otherwise it would be an extra expense. Is this one bigger than the old ones?

I had brown rice yesterday, but I cooked it on the stove. I don't have enough counter space to use my rice cooker, even though it's just a little one.

It's good to have a back up. We can use the stove, but we have to carefully watch it. Rice cooker can be left on it's own.
