Recently there was a murder case. The victim was a 19 years girl. She was stabbed and her wrist was almost cut off. Some of the items in the house were missing. Her mother, who was laying on the bed, sick with cancer was left unharmed. Probably because she was unresponsive and didn't properly saw what's going on.
So, the netizens were enraged. Everyone wanted the killer to be quickly caught.
A couple days afterwards, a girl was under arrest. She was named as the suspect in the murder case. A girl! A 19 years old girl! She's the victim's friend.
She came the police station with her mother, stating she wanted to help the investigation. But her story didn't add up, the officer was suspicious. After probing and lots of questioning, she was detained. Further investigation found a CCTV recording of her leaving the victim's house.
They found the victim's belongings in her house. But a few were missing, as she sold them away. No ones really know what really happened. According to the suspect, she went to the victim's house to borrow some money. The victim refused. Don't know what happened, the victim started insulting the suspect. Saying she's unpretty and poor, the reason she had no boyfriend.
From arguing, the suspect said she suddenly lounged and grabbed the knife the victim was using to fix thread on her pants. She stabbed the victim multiple times. When the victim no longer moved, she was panic. She cut the victim's wrist. She then stole a few items to make it look like burglary. Then she fled the scene using a motorcycle. The money she stole, she used it to pay the debt.
Right now the girl is being remand in the jail. The case is still under investigation. Most of us, of course were shocked of what happened.
How an argument end up with murder? How a friend killed another friend? This, however, wasn't something new as there are a few similar cases like this.
This case makes me wonder whether we really know the people we know. How safe are we among them. One thing for sure, people are really unpredictable.

Even after years we never really know a person. There is always a dark side that we never seen before.
And one thing for sure, tongue is sharper than knife, be careful with your words. A scar from your words will remain.
I hope the victim would get justice.

It was very tragic and it is very painful for the sick mother.
Recently, my mother in law was telling her sister to avoid insulting people when she's mad especially during these times because you never know what people are going through.
Ive heard a lot of stories who felt insulted and resorted to killing the other person.
Recently there's also one from the news, a lawyer being insulted by a judge and she shot the judge in the head.

@prinzcy Yes, from this story, I think we least expect our friend to insult us and judge us during our struggle. I am not saying that killing justifies the insult she received but you're right we really need to be careful with our words sometimes. It could cost us our lives.

@crossbones27 oh no, you don't tell woman that! Especially when she's really angry. It's the same as you're not supposed to ask for a woman's age and weight.

@prinzcy Yeah ,its real crazy how quick that can happen.I told my sister to calm down once and she went red, heard something but did not know was my own coffee mug she threw at head.We talked it out, its just habit because you know how many times tell your dogs to calm down on walks. I can still hear her screaming don't you ever tell a women to calm down.

Oh my God it's scary how can a friend kill a friend...
oh my goodness..
let me tell you something,,, I helped a person last days and suddenly her attitude got changed..
although that time she was crying to me that she is in Problem, help me I need some help.. Im in problem this n that..
I felt pity.... I faced troubles like anything and helped her..... But now suddenly she started behaving me so bad and believe me I helped her in a lot of my own troubles by facing a lot of things.
I helped her with something which I myself did not have but still I did ..... but in return I got nothing... now that friend is being rude to me.... I can't believe how people change

I just can't believe she was her friend, how can you attempt a murder just because she called you poor or ugly, as much as I know my friends, these words are always used rather in a funny way so that it doesn't hurt anyone feelings. but yeah people can be unpredictable, it's shocking how an argument can turn into something this bad

That is really shocking that the girl came to visit her friend where she asked to borrow money. Thankfully her mom that has cancer didn't get killed or hurt. The friend was foolish to kill the 19 year old. Debt is dumb and the best thing to have is emergency savings not stupid debt.
