'How do you make your relationships with others better?'

It is a fact that coronavirus is affecting us in all directions. I bow my head for those who will claim that they are not affected by it. With this current situation, we tend to make relationships stronger than before. For me, I continue to make it better by chatting, audio, or video calling people who are close to my heart. How do you make yourself closer to others now? Image Credit: orissapost.com

Video chats fill the gaps but I really miss the presence of other friends who are far.

It is better to be with them up close. For now, we need to be away from them secondary to COVID-19.

@Shavkat Right. The good thing about good friendships though is that the comfort level just doesn't change at all no matter how far and how long you'll be apart.

@jdbces I agree. It applies to those people who we considered true friends in our lives.

I agree. I can be an ambivert. Most of the time, I am just at home. I will be transformed into another person if being with other people.

I used technological tools to stay in touch with them. Such as social media, texting apps, etc.

I think these things are becoming popular these days. The culprit is this coronavirus.

It's difficult because now we cannot hug our friends like we used to do

Indeed. We can just look and talk to them from a meter away these days.

I am so close to my immediate family because I am living with them, except for my younger sister. She is living in another city, but e get in touch using the Internet and modern gadgets.

@Shavkat Oh I see. Still, it's not that bad. Some of my friends' parents were stranded at their work locations for 1-2 months. It was terrible!!

I still meet a few friends in person. I only have one visitor at a time and we don't go out, we stay in my home. We don't shake hands, hug eachother or sit close together. The rest of the time we use facetime or call eachother. We also write emails to eachother.

Physical contact is not advisable now. A sweet smile can be given if we're at home. Some friends and relatives visit at random here lately.
