Feeling down

I am really struggling with my mental health and have been badly for the past couple of months. I was wondering what you all do to distract yourself from bad thought and constantly bringing yourself down? I find myself always bashing myself in my thoughts and I can’t seem to get rid of it unless I am listening to music. But, obviously I can’t listen to music 24/7. Please let me know what you guys do to distract yourself and find some peace of mind. Thank you.

To calm my mind I will try to get close to God, read His book, and wash all my limbs, then put my forehead on the mat.

hello im so sorry that you are suffering this one... I distract my self while watching netflix or doing mylot if u need someone to talk to im just here i hope u will be fine

@BrittneeD I am trying still to find peace of mind. I really do not have it, but, to relax I like to read and watch TV.

Sorry to hear about what you're going through. Maybe you also need to talk it out to a family or a very supportive friend. Maybe you can also do things that makes you feel excited or happy.
