Hi mylot i miss padthai this photo was taken last january 2020 in lisbon portugal we went there for a week to celebrate my birthday and our 3rd wedding anniversary we are currently living in italy a small province and im not sure if there is a thai restaurant here..

we are living in a province that´s why we love lisbon hoping we can go back once pandemic is over i also love food but i just miss pad thai hehe

@ckciasigurl we use tomyam paste here. I am not an expert to make them from the scratch too.
Somtam is unripe papaya salad. Sometimes they use mango. Sometimes a mix of both.
