@GodServantme I have my tea with ginger and basil leaves. It is cold here and these herbs help build our immunity and helps us fight cold and cough. I am not addicted to tea and I can stay without it for days and months.

Chronic pain, or any pain really, is no fun. For the past few days, my left leg has been persistently painful whenever I walk. Can't be helped I guess. Hopefully, some time in the sun helps you.
