I'm living in a place where we are using 12 hours time format, but my job is using 24 hours format which is making me confused at first. Luckily I was able to adjust even though I'm using 12 hours but there is still time that I got confused. If I'm going to choose I'll stay on 12 hours time format

personally I use both
3pm or 15.00 I know both
Knowing the 24 hour time is a good thing.
I find 24 hour easier.

I use both.
It takes awhile getting used to it but use it enough times and you'll get the hang of it.
