I've been hearing alot about this Elon Musk character a lot lately, but I don't really know much about him. Even after searching for him, all I've been able to gather is that he is an eccentric, smart, billionaire whose girlfriend had a baby that they named X-AE-A12 . X-AE-A12. Wow that's a quite a name. I hope the poor kid doesn't get too bullied when he's older. But I would except none less from the guy who equipped his fancy sports cars with external speakers so they could play fart sounds. Apparently Musk is a big player in SpaceX which just assisted NASA in sending some astronauts to the International Space Station, and also has designs on a chip for implanting in people's brains. Ooo. Scary.

I've never heard of him but I think that is a really stupid name for a child. Why doesn't he change his own name to that if that is what he likes.

With a name like Musk, his kids should be named Chanel No.5 or Flash by Jimmy Choo.

He co-founded and leads Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink and The Boring Company. I think the most interesting is The Boring Company (They build tunnels). The space stuff is pretty good, too.

Ah Tesla... electric cars? The boring Co. - what a great name. He's got some cool interests, though... seems a touch eccentric

@FayeHazel Yep. Electric cars. I didn't know about the external car speakers for fart sounds. It makes so much sense now. No wonder he's a billionaire!

If the child shoots his dad, I would find him innocent! Same here, know little about him, but some of ideas are really off the wall

I'm all for people being eccentric and all, but this guy... so he's designing a neural implant or something - I don't know if I would want this guy in my head

You did not know who Elon Musk is? lol. I am teasing. Not everyone keeps up with the business world. He is the founder and CEO of Tesla Motors primarily. BUT, as you seem to have also found out, while he is brilliant and a very good businessman, he is also a bit of a nut case. He even launched his own Tesla into outer space. Why? Because he could I guess. He's very rich, so I cannot argue his intelligence at all. But he is also a bit loopy. lol

Tesla himself was a bit loopy, especially in his later years.

Yes, lol I admit - business people, and sports figures.... I need schoolin'. lol Perhaps a case of so brilliant and or wealthy that he's a bit off the deep end. Maybe he thought Marvin the MArtian would like to drive his Tesla back to Earth or something lol

I've heard of him the Thai boys stuck in the cave accident. He offered help. Then I found out he's the co-founder of Tesla. Later on I heard he named his son with a mouthful name. Always surprising, this one.

He was also a founder of PayPal. Such a name would have been refused in France like being harmful for the baby. This year, among others, have been refused as a first name Xxwarrior666 and Bob the sponge

@FayeHazel In France a mayor can refuse to give a weird name to a baby, and if the parents insist, a court will decide. It works quite well.

Oh wow. Paypal was a great idea. I think France has a great idea there, not to allow too ridiculous of names to be attached to children. X-Ae-A12 is bad enough. Bob the Sponge and XxWarrior? Who thinks of these things?

@FayeHazel I have heard of him but do not know much about him. Thank you for letting us know about what he is about. That is a strange name for a child. I wonder why they gave the child that name and did not think of how the child will be bullied for a name like that.

@FayeHazel I guess they did not think of how it would affect the kid when he would go to school unless they will home school him or get him private tutors.
