It's the day after Thanksgiving, traditionally known as Black Friday and according to news reports, online shopping is through the roof!!
Not for me. I don't really have any shopping to do and so for me this day has been a "Take a chill pill day".
How was your Black Friday? Did you go shopping?

It's awful and ironic that people can remember a bad incident that happened during the holiday season that supposed to be filled with cheer and goodwill toward your family man.

@cmoneyspinner It is odd. It seems to imprint itself upon your memory.

@DianneN - I have one son who always does Christmas shopping. But he has worst habit. He always waits until the last minute. There he is in the stores on Christ Eve rushing around. He always does that. Sometimes I think he likes the rush.

@cmoneyspinner I was shopping anyway. Did get some deals, but only on some of the things. Nothing worth bragging over.

One cool thing that I am liking is that Amazon has this program where they will contribute to a charity if you purchase products.

@cmoneyspinner they also will do the same with Smiles toward a school in your area. My kids partner with other smiles on Amazon so when parents buy thing small amount of money goes toward there school supplies

My mom called me today and told me to browse online for something I may want or need so she can buy it for me as a gift. I tried looking for some stuff and I did not enjoy it. Gave up. I prefer shopping in real stores.

I like going into real stires and shopping malls because of all of the holiday decorations. The malls always look so pretty.

@cmoneyspinner Me too. But on Black Friday it is usually crazy. Wonder how it was this year. Usually you hear stories of people running others over, stomping all over them, even physical altercations.

I didn't have any shopping to do. I just worked on our Christmas cards. I always shop online when I do have Christmas shopping to do.

No shopping here, I think I’ve been Black Friday shopping twice, I was nearly trampled. We did take advantage of an early Black Friday deal online and ordered my Mom the Alexa she’s been wanting...

My kids took advantage of a Black Friday deals years ago. That's how I ended up with an Amazon Fire TV.
